Jessica Oyelowo, affectionately known as Jess O, is the devoted mother of four "exquisite humans,” a multi-faceted and talented artist, TV and film producer, singer, songwriter, and the beloved spouse of award-winning actor David Oyelowo. Jessica is also the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Yoruba Saxon, the production company she and David founded in 2014.

Jessica started her career on stage starring in theatrical roles. Not before long, she added film and television to her resume with films such as Tim Burton’s “Sleepy Hollow” and “Alice In Wonderland." In 2020, Jessica premiered her first studio recording, “What Love Does,” alongside the release of the Yoruba Saxon-produced film “The Water Man." She went on to write three additional tracks for the film’s original soundtrack. Most recently, Jesscia executive produced the critically-acclaimed limited series, “Lawmen: Bass Reeves” (Paramount+).

In 2023 Jessica expanded her artistic prowess with the release of her album, (M)other. “I wrote the songs on (M)other charting my personal story as a Mom of four exquisite humans. Each song explores a different aspect of Motherhood and relationships. Although the songs are personal to me, they will be relatable to the 2.2 billion Mothers on Earth right now who have shared emotions and experiences," shared Jessica.
